We strive to do our best to serve and satisfy our customers. We only ship brand
new products. We do not ship repackaged or defective goods.
Shipping Depending on the Product you bought, your unit
will be shipped in 2-4 palletized wooden crates which will protect your unit
from damage. These crates will fit through any standard door. We ship our units
via freight truck within the continental United States and Canada.
We will ship your unit out
approximately 2- 3 business days after your
initial order if the unit is available. You should receive your unit within 7-10
days after leaving our warehouse considering there are no delays with the shipping company or
with any weather conditions. All shipments will be curbside delivery
only. Please make sure you
have some help when accepting this
shipment.
Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and
interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage
and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE
IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and
YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS
WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING
AND KEEP YOUR COPY.

If the unit is signed
without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in
good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the
freight company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). We
will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In
the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the
shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of
replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
It is important
that you inspect your package by opening
it, please open it
carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for
cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back
in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our
warehouse.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS TO OPEN UP YOUR
PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT
IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT
BE INSTALLING THE UNIT. The
shipping company requires the
customer to report any damages the
day of delivery.
If a
shipment comes in different boxes
and it comes damaged, please only
refuse the package that is damaged
and we will ship you out a new
part subject to availability.
Again, if one crate is damaged,
please just refuse the damaged
crate back, not the entire unit.
Delivery is subject to delays
caused by limited product
availability, freight company
problems, or weather conditions.
Terms The purchaser of the shower,
whirlpool bathtub or sauna unit accepts full responsibility and
liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is
responsible for any installation cost. This unit must also be installed by a licensed professional
plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees
from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use
of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above
conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any
and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.
It is the customers
responsibility to check if these
units will comply with their state
and country codes. If you
will be receiving an inspection by
an inspector, please ask
them what they require. If a
customer purchases any steam shower unit or
bathtub and it does not pass
inspection, we allow returns with
the following conditions below.
You will be able to return the
unit for purchase price of unit,
less the original shipping fee,
return shipping fee, and less a restocking
fee
If the shower unit or bathtub was
opened, or opened and assembled, a
25% restocking fee will apply.
Prices, pictures, descriptions,
and content are subject to change
without notice. Pictures are
not to scale. Additional
descriptive pictures of our units
may not have been taken of the
specific model, but some are
universal pictures that acts as a
reference of jets and close-ups
shots of accessories.
Returns/Exchanges You can return all items bought from
Home-Health-Essentials within 20 days
from ship date when it leaves our
warehouse.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days
from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition
(including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must
receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you.
Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your
refund.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location,
you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink
wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged
packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result with a restocking
fee of up to 25% or more.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent
back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original
shipping and return
shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will
reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original
shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee. A restocking fee of up to 25% will
be applied if not returned in good faith (used products, not packaged properly,
etc).
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we
will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you
paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company check.
